Hi everyone, my name is Maya Chacker and for my mitzvah project I chose to raise money for Belev Echad. This organization connected with me because I always knew that I wanted to do something for the Israeli Defense Force (IDF), and this organization helps with soldiers who were wounded. It helps them get back on their feet with physical therapy, emotional support, and legal help. The soldiers receive a community throughout their healing journey. They get support in every way you can imagine whether it be educational, physical, or financial. I am trying to raise $2,500 to help Belev Echad get the supplies they need to make these soldiers feel taken care of, welcome, and, most of all, loved.
