It is also a time of heightened joy, but for many of Israel’s soldiers, this can be a challenge.
They have severe PTSD and often find themselves feeling lonely and down. Many also struggle with the physical limitations of celebrating Shabbat with others.
That’s why we launched this campaign to bring a warm and plentiful Shabbat to the homes of Israel’s wounded warriors.
